About Homewerk

Hi, I'm Jen — the owner, trainer, and person behind Homewerk.

I've been coaching for more than 17 years. I started in fitness in 2009, and over the years I kept coming back to the same thing: I wanted to create a place where getting stronger felt approachable, personal, and actually fun.

That's Homewerk.

It's strength training with a little personality. A place where you can work hard without taking yourself too seriously, build consistency without the pressure, and walk out feeling better than when you walked in. Classes, private training, recovery, and online workouts — all built to help you get stronger and keep showing up.

I care about good programming and smart training, but I also care about the little things: remembering the injury you mentioned last week, noticing when you need a little extra encouragement, helping you feel more comfortable every time you walk through the door, and making sure you actually enjoy being here.

I'm a mom to Fett, wife to Jay, longtime lover of good music, coffee, and long conversations with friends, and a firm believer that fitness should fit into your life — not take it over.

I'm really glad you're here.

Show up. Do the werk. Feel good doing it.
